OPS have recently secured planning permission for a single storey rear and side extension to a semi-detached house in Henleaze.  The existing layout is typical of the properties of this type with a small kitchen, and the extension and internal remodelling will create a far more generous kitchen dining space with additional utility and downstairs WC.

Planning permission granted for internal modifications to Grade II Listed flat in Bath

OPS have secured Listed Building Consent for internal modifications to a Grade II Listed Flat in central Bath, predominantly to remove stud work that was added when the whole property was fairly unsympathetically sub-divided during the 1970s.  OPS have also provided various kitchen concepts that seek to subtly define the space whilst minimising the impact within the volume.
