Planning permission granted for internal modifications to Grade II Listed flat in Bath
OPS have secured Listed Building Consent for internal modifications to a Grade II Listed Flat in central Bath, predominantly to remove stud work that was added when the whole property was fairly unsympathetically sub-divided during the 1970s. OPS have also provided various kitchen concepts that seek to subtly define the space whilst minimising the impact within the volume.
Building work commences at Kings Avenue, Bishopston
The builders commenced work last week at Kings Avenue, Bishopston. Trenches have been dug, and the existing single storey extension removed.

OPS have recently secured planning permission for a large extension to a 1930s property in Bishopston. The project will also involve remodelling a large proportion of the ground floor.
