The owners of the Victorian mid-terrace required further accommodation to suit their expanding family. A loft conversion specialist was appointed to undertake the core building elements of the project. The owners’ key requirements included one large guest bedroom, a study area and plenty of storage. OPS worked with the architect to produce the design to accommodate these requirements, managing the main works project and finally completing the project. The latter included decoration, laying engineered flooring and building a wall of bespoke storage along one wall. The bespoke storage was designed to accommodate the clients specific articles, with push-to-open, push-to-close catches and integral lighting.
